Individual counselling — a space to work things out

If you're functioning fine on paper but something feels wrong — a low-grade restlessness, a loss of energy, a sense that this isn't what you expected — that's enough. You don't need to be in crisis to come and talk.

What we work with

Loss, grief, anxiety, overwhelm, identity, redundancy, retirement adjustment, relocation stress, relationship strain, bereavement, loss of purpose. Feelings you can't name. The sense that the move to Spain solved the external problem but didn't fix the internal one. The realisation that a new chapter doesn't automatically write itself.

Whatever it is, if it's getting in the way of living the way you want to live, it's worth addressing.

How it works

Sessions are 50 minutes, in person. Based in Mojácar, with clients across Garrucha, Turre, Vera and the wider Almería coast. There's no waiting list and no clinical checklist — just a free 15-minute call first, so we can both check it feels right before booking a full session.

Some clients prefer to move — if that's you, walking sessions are available on the promenade or along the coast. For those who want the dynamics of a group setting, group sessions are offered to selected clients.

When counselling moves into coaching

For many clients, individual counselling is the beginning — not the whole picture. Once the emotional weight has lifted enough to look forward, there's a second phase of work: figuring out where you're going and building the route to get there.

That's coaching. Find out how the Reset Your GPS pathway works →
